About Cecilia Capaccioni

I am currently working at Red Bull HQ in Austria as part of the Graduate Program within the Sales On Premise Business Analytics and Application team. My background is enriched by two international academic experiences- University College Maastricht (Netherlands) – where I spent three years studying International Relations and Economics, honing teamwork and analytical thinking through a problem-based learning approach- ESCP Business School – where I completed a one-year Master in International Food and Beverage Management, deepening my expertise in FMCG while studying and living across Turin and Paris. Beyond my professional and academic path, I would describe myself as a motivated person who never stopped traveling. My scientific high school background gave me strong analytical skills; my bachelor studies in International Relations sharpened my communication abilities and critical thinking; and my solo travels in South America strengthened my independence and fostered a solution-oriented mindset.
