As a Team Lead Manager at Pair Team, I leverage my extensive experience in healthcare management and coaching to lead and support a team of professionals. I have over 4 years of experience as a National Diabetes Prevention Program Specialist at APhA Foundation, where I developed and implemented effective strategies to improve health outcomes for patients with diabetes. I also have a strong background in nutrition sciences, having earned a Bachelor's degree from Universidad Cientifica del Sur. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Certified Translator, a Certified Lifestyle Specialist, and a Group Coaching Specialist, which enable me to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and provide personalized guidance to clients.
