About Cecilia Maffini

After high school, where I learned English, French, and German, I decided to completely change sectors and dedicate myself to computer science. University years flew by quickly, between train trips to and from Milan, working as a waitress in the evenings and weekends, and volunteering as a department leader in the Fidenza 2 scout group; ten days before graduating, I found my first job in Reggio Emilia at Lovemark. That year as a commercial analyst was very formative and emotionally challenging, and it gave me the opportunity to grow and become clearer about what I did and did not want to become. Texa SPA, on the other hand, presented itself as the opportunity to experiment as a developer by doing reverse engineering in a more structured environment; during those years, I also took advantage of improving my personal training and attending various technical courses such as Cisco's CCENT (for which I successfully passed the exam) and IT Essential (Cisco). Working at ISolutions offered me the opportunity to test my skills first as a support technician, honing my problem-solving skills and learning to communicate and establish a good relationship with the client, then as a project manager, a role that I am very passionate about and that taught me how to manage projects and collaborate within teams and with clients. Later, I had the opportunity to become a Product Owner, managing a team of 6 members, defining priorities, solutions, validating various tasks, and actively interacting with the client; this role allowed me to learn about the agile methodology and apply it by adapting it to the reality of iSolutions. At Logifuture, I found the freedom to propose ideas, initiatives, to engage with end-users to build a product, maximize value, and manage feedback to improve every day.
