About Cecilia Pearman

For the past ten years, I’ve been dedicated to working with the elderly in long-term care communities. I began my career by assisting with activities, providing transportation to appointments, and organizing entertainment, which laid a strong foundation in patient engagement and compassionate care. My passion for helping others motivated me to take on more hands-on roles, starting as a receptionist and later transitioning to a caregiver position, where I discovered my true calling in healthcare. In 2022, I pursued formal training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and am currently in the process of renewing my certification. Additionally, I completed my education and earned my certification as a Medical Assistant in June 2024. My hands-on experience working directly with patients has enhanced my communication skills, adaptability, and empathy. Personally, I am a positive, upbeat individual who strives to find the good in every situation. I believe my passion for patient care, combined with my clinical skills and optimistic outlook, makes me a valuable asset in any healthcare setting.
