About Cecilia Tran

Being a student at one of the leading business schools in Sweden has taught me that it is a place for students across the world to form relationships, as well as a place to get a gist of what they want to do in the future. As time has passed, I have come to realize that I really want to have my own business. I have always been a multitasker, a doer, and a dreamer as well as having a great passion for leadership, innovation, and growth. One of my core values is that I always want to help others and make the world a better place. Therefore, I hope that my future business will embody these things. This realization has been fueled by my involvement in the Student Association (SASSE) where I have been a part of many different projects, got to work with many different people, and gained invaluable different experiences. This has also led me to be awarded the SASSE Scholarship, giving me the opportunity to study at Stanford University. I always strive for personal development and am therefore always eager to learn. However, helping others to do the same is what I truly believe is rewarding. Therefore, I have helped my parents realize their 25-year-old long dream of having their own restaurant in Borås while working full-time and being the Project Leader of Students' Nobel NightCap - the after-party to the Nobel banquet. Today, I am living in Ho Chi Minh City building the next big thing within connection-building with Fika - the AI connection app helping people find their one. If you want to connect, don't hesitate to reach out, whether it concerns start-ups, recruitment, or just a friendly chat. I am always eager to get to know new people.
