About Cecilia Wini

I begun my experience in Social Media and Digital Marketing at Sony Music Entertainment, developing strategies for artists and pitching them to Senior Management, Talent Managers, Agents and, in some cases, to the artists themselves. My work at Sony Music enabled me to work and assist in different areas such as TV, Radio, Print Media, Junkets and Planning. I furthered my Social Media experience as a Social Media Strategist at Navent Group, developing strategies for the company's Real Estate online websites in Latin America, discussing ideas and opportunities with Country Managers, and assisting with Email Marketing and Cross-publishing strategies. Additionally, I have also garnered experience in Project Management, leading teams to deliver products for HP International, acting as interface between the company and HP, advocating for our work and balancing client expectations with the company's work and results, delivering on time and staying on budget. My abilities and knowledge in Digital Marketing, coupled with my experience in leading and managing teams, has led me to develop an interest in Production and problem solving. My BA in Communications at UdeSA provided me with the skills and resources necessary to create, develop and execute strategies, regardless of the industry. I like working in teams, finding creative and efficient solutions, and committing to the work set out to do. Outside of formal training and work, I created a Film and TV radio show, serving as co-host, columnist and assisting with Production and Social Media content.
