Opened the first branded retail store for Red Canoe in Whistler, B.C. from the ground up in just 30 days, handling licensing, staffing, setup, and sourcing to boost brand visibility and profitability. Transitioned business from in-house warehousing to a third-party logistics provider by conducting cost and operations analysis to optimize fulfillment processes and enable the business to scale efficiently.
