About Cecylia Ignar

Tech professional with experience in product and program management, as well as process improvement and automation. Passionate about combining design thinking, user research, data analytics and software engineering to address users’ needs and create great products to delight them. I enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology, engaging with stakeholders and leading multi-functional teams on how to best problem-solve and translate business vision into measurable outcomes. Currently, I manage the development of an internal chatbot to handle IT-related requests more efficiently I believe the best digital products create simplistic experience, do not require onboarding, and can be used within seconds. This can be hard to achieve in case of complex product portfolio when a new implementation only adds to existing complexity, creates duplications, and compromises the experience. The art to overcome it starts with identifying the right stakeholders across organization and getting aligned on creating a holistic journey. I have experience in people management. I am passionate about mentoring and an active women mentor myself.
