Cedar Stone Spa also offers Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports Massage, which manipulates the soft tissue of the body (muscles, tendons, and connective tissue) to balance the central nervous system. This massage energizes, relieves swelling, reduces muscle tension, and promotes healthy flexibility. Sports therapy helps to alleviate stress, tension, and toxins, which build up in the body’s soft tissues during overexertion and demanding physical activities. These sessions are available in 60 or 90 minute increments. One of our passions at Cedar Stone Spa is our Stone Massages, which incorporate hot and cold stones. Stone massage is an ancient Native American healing technique for rejuvenating tired and sore muscles. Plus, the hot stones feel great on a cold, winter day, and the cold stones are welcome relaxation in the middle of a humid summer. In addition, Cedar Stone Spa offers other massage services, such as Lymphatic Drainage Massage, which stimulates the lymphatic system to improve metabolism, remove negative bodily toxins and wastes, and strengthen the immune system. Our Three Dimensional Massage includes an hour of relaxing stretching blended with mobilization techniques to promote healthy joints, relaxed muscles, and a peaceful, clear mind. Our Thai Massages include assisted stretching, acupressure, reflex point therapy, and is great cure for stress, chronic pain, lower back pain, and tight shoulders and hips.
