As the Managing Director at Nu Leaf Brands, I lead a team of professionals who are committed to developing and marketing high-quality, organic, and plant-based foods and beverages. I oversee the operations, sales, finance, and marketing functions, and work closely with our suppliers, distributors, and partners to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and ethics. I also leverage my skills in new business development, sales management, and negotiation to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and expansion in the local and international markets. As the Executive Chairman at Baobab Fruit Farm, I support the vision and mission of the company, which is to produce fair trade bananas from South Africa. I provide strategic guidance and direction to the board and the management, and ensure that the company adheres to the best practices of governance, sustainability, and social responsibility. I also foster strong relationships with our stakeholders, local farmers,investors, customers, and regulators, and promote the benefits and value of our products and our brand.
