About Cedric Bourdon

I have 9+ years in the travel industry, starting with the completion of the Tourism Techniques - Specialization in the Development and Promotion of Travel at LaSalle College. I worked for almost 5 years at Aimia Proprietary Loyalty as a Travel Consultant, where I gained the majority of my experience in the travel industry. I was also part of the Quality Assurance team, where I monitored and graded calls from other agents in the call center. I transitioned from leisure travel to corporate travel when I joined Encore Travel as a Corporate Travel Consultant. However, my time in this role was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I later returned to Encore Travel/Zii Travel Technologies as a Customer Success Specialist. I received an opportunity to work in a completely different field when I joined IA Financial Group as a Financial Security Advisor. In this role, I helped individuals achieve their financial objectives, while providing guidance and support throughout their journey. My desire to pursue new challenges led me to my current position at Archibald Microbrewery at YUL Airport as a Warehouse Clerk, where I coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and address any discrepancies in inventory. After 2 years away from the travel industry, I am highly motivated to return and excited to see how the world of travel has evolved since my time away. I am ready to take on new challenges and confident in my ability to seamlessly integrate into any new role that awaits me.
