Close liaison with Tracerco Reservoir managers in commercial, operations, laboratory, and data analysis teams to assure material are in place as needed to allow uninterrupted product and service supply. This will include development of accurate forecasts for materials and equipment needs and knowledge of all potential suppliers, availability, timelines of manufacture and delivery for each stage of supply Manage tracer inventory to assure adequate supply is always on hand; including purchase of raw materials, finished goods blending and packaging. This roll includes identifying, establishing, and maintaining vendor relationships. Assure tracer QA/QC procedures are followed and documented. Manage tracer storage, both onsite and offsite, and arrange deliveries between offsite, onsite, and regional storages. Maintain accurate tracer inventories. Differentiate between internal and external distribution and accurately invoice each. Manage equipment inventory to assure appropriate supply is on hand and that test schedules and documentation are up to date and in place Manage customer sample inventory including receipt, storage, disposal, and documentation Arrange international and domestic shipping of equipment and products, including dangerous goods, including shipping by scheduled and unscheduled carrier, hot shot or other means as necessary.
