I view myself as a facilitator : in between HR, managers, employees, IT, vendors and developers, I talk to everybody involved in order to help and insure that the tools work correctly and meet the needs of the HR Processes. My vision is that in a context where HR Processes are in constant evolution, the tools and the technology they are based on need to stay simple, open, secure, robust, quick and adaptable to insure the best UX for all users (employees, managers and HR experts) and to keep meeting the needs of the HR Processes as they evolve. Confronted daily to adapting the tools to the HR Processes evolution, I can discuss with Process Owners and can be a source of ideas and solutions to adapt the tools and/or the HR Processes to meet the needs expressed by them. Native in english and french, born in France and raised in England and the United States, I am used to living and working in a multi-cultural environment. I am able to talk with all cited above; wherever they come from around the world or the domain/fonction that they work in. Understanding their needs expressed in their words, I am able to present these needs in understandable wordings to the other parties involved; enabling all to understand, with their wording, the problematics involved. My peers say that I am customer-oriented, resourceful, resilient, thorough and easy-going. Used to working in a best-of-breed HRIS environment (french payroll and T&A rules are the most complex in the world) where the HR Core is slave to the local Payroll, I have extensive experience in data flows and the data governance problematics which results from them; which is critical not only to insure correct KPIS & Analytics and a good use of the tools which store the data, but also for the current IA revolution; IA which can only work correctly if it is trained and uses correct data.
