My unique perspective as a Talent Acquisition Manager in the U.S. Army, where I led a team of recruiters in finding and hiring qualified candidates for various positions across multiple organizations, sets me apart. With a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, human resource management, and team leadership, I have honed my skills in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent, as well as providing training, feedback, and performance management.My passion lies in matching the right people with the right roles, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and culture. This commitment is further enhanced by my recent Master of Arts in Theology from Liberty University, which broadens my understanding of diverse and complex needs and values. My Bachelor of Arts in Transportation and Logistics Management from American Military University provides a solid foundation in operational and strategic aspects of organizational management.
