My Key Achievements include: • Developing and deploying 24/7 backend systems for data enhancement and production management as a backbone of business operations. Increasing production efficiency by over 300%. • Patented a new technology (DE10 2021 108 726) and bringing it to market, scaling production from 1 to over units. The patent, along with the related know-how, is now licensed. • Leading cross-functional teams of up to 10 members in high-pressure situations, delivering timely, cost-effective results.
