Accomplished health policy and operations professional with over a decade of experience leading high-impact initiatives at the intersection of public health, government operations, and health equity. With a successful tenure at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Office of Minority Health, I’ve led enterprise-wide initiatives in policy clearance, federal audit response, records compliance, and internal knowledge systems. At CMS OMH, I directed multi-stakeholder efforts to improve agency readiness for OIG and GAO audits, managed CMS-wide clearance activities, and built new systems from the ground up—including an award nomination and review platform. I have advised leadership across CMS on issues ranging from race/ethnicity data quality to organizational transparency, always with a focus on sustainability and accountability. My expertise spans federal health policy, operational strategy, cross-functional leadership, and digital transformation.
