About Cedric Selph

I’m an Automation Engineer with a hands-on foundation built on years of experience as a Maintenance Technician. Coming up through the tools has given me a deep understanding of how equipment, processes, and people work together—and how small improvements can lead to big results.Over the years, I’ve transitioned from troubleshooting and repairing machinery on the floor to designing, optimizing, and implementing automation systems that improve reliability, safety, and efficiency. My background gives me a practical, grounded approach to automation: I don’t just develop solutions that look good on paper—I build systems that work in the real world.I’m passionate about continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and helping teams leverage automation to solve problems and streamline operations. Whether it’s integrating new technologies, optimizing existing processes, or collaborating across disciplines, I bring a detail-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to results.I’m always looking to learn, innovate, and contribute to organizations that value both technical skill and hands-on problem solving. If you’d like to connect or collaborate, feel free to reach out.
