About Cedric Smith

I am a Husband, Father, Community Volunteer, Social Justice Advocate, and USAF Veteran. These roles have shaped my core values, which include integrity, leadership with a servant’s heart, open and effective communication, and a commitment to excellence in everything I do. Community service is deeply ingrained in my nature, and I take great joy in giving back. My service includes roles as a Community Member on the Police Department Force Review Board, coaching youth basketball at the YMCA, serving as a Faith and Politics John Robert Lewis Leader, a member of the ADOS Advocacy Foundation and as the Chair Commissioner on the Human Relations Commission. In my professional career, I bring 20 years of Aerospace Propulsion and Property Management experience as a USAF Veteran. I have also spent over 6 years specializing in Government property and lifecycle management for a corporation with a diverse property portfolio valued at over $20B. Currently, I manage a team at RTX, coordinating with functional partners, teammates, programs, and customers on program execution and business strategies. As a Manager, I am passionate about mentoring and developing individuals in the field of property management, and I thrive on achieving challenging goals presented by this career field.
