About Cedrick Carroll

I have a Bachelors of Science with a concentration in Psychology. My background includes mental health and training & development. As the Lead Behavioral Technician, Trainer, and Bartender I am very comfortable with taking the leadership role, engaging with guest/clients and working efficiently under pressure. I’m currently working as an ABA therapist which includes data collection, implementing interventions, and improving everyday functions in clients. I am also responsible for training new hires, evaluating our training programs to ensure they are effective, tracking new hires progress, provide ongoing training for new & current employees. Lastly, I am apart of Outback Steakhouse marketing team. That entails working with community and building meaningful relationships while representing the company. I have proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft office and adobe spark.
