About Cedrik Neike

Engineer by heart. Proud father of four. CEO of Siemens Digital Industries and board member at Siemens. Lucky to work with the best team I can imagine!#TeamSiemens I firmly believe in the power of technology for a better future. At Siemens Digital Industries we combine the real and digital worlds to do more with less. We help our customers rethink, find new ways and develop new solutions. We help them become more efficient, flexible, sustainable, and more resilient – no matter their industry, no matter their size. Design, optimize, realize, recycle: We accelerate transformation. We help build the world’s best factories. We transform the everyday for a better tomorrow. Diversity, inclusion, openness and a positive feedback culture are leadership topics very close to my heart. I try to bring them to life every day. This is what this channel is about.
