Hi, my name is Cees de Koning. My profession was that o.a. of Human Resources Manager for over 10 years and in all those years, I did come across more questions than answers. Logical if you think about it, I never came across a washing line asking questions about its job scope or about its salary. Neither did ever a laptop asked me how many leave days it has. Humans, in most cases, do ask questions about matters like this. And right they are. As an employee within a company, or possible even your own company, and it does really not matter if this company is Amazon, Shell, Barclay's or you local supermarket, you should be asking questions about promotion possibilities, about local leave days entitlements, about maybe even moving to a foreign entity within your employer, all kind of subjects related to you as an employee. Precis because after 10 years I had more questions than answers, did I decided to start a company dedicated to questions, and answers, about all what is important for employers to have motivated, dedicated and above all, satisfied employee's. For those who are thinking about moving jobs, within their own country or outside, moving jobs, departments or even branches within their own company but are not sure how and when to ask, and for those who are without job and are in need of advice how to chase their dream of finding a job.
