About Celeste Cleary

Whilst nursing in Australia and abroad, I’ve observed that people often know WHAT to do to be healthy but struggle with HOW to do it. In a hospital there’s no time to help them find out. I love nursing, but I’m sad to see more young people than ever suffering with lifestyle related diseases. They’re heading towards chronic disease in their 40’s and a shorter, less able-bodied life than their parents. I became a coach to help people figure out “the how.” What gets in the way of making healthier choices for you? What are some ways around it? What’s one small step you can take today? All it takes is one step and some support to become consistent with a new habit. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Graduate Certificate in Critical Care and Professional Certificate in Health & Wellness Coaching. I am also a Mental Health First Aider. I have broad experience of healthcare in Australia and abroad. I understand both the unique and uniting challenges people face in their efforts to be healthy. As a wife and mother, I also understand the issues of juggling work, life, and family and I’ve faced my own obstacles with mindset, confidence and limiting beliefs. Coaching helped me to grow and overcome these challenges. It’s a toolkit I am eager to share. I create workplace wellness programs, tailored to organisational requirements. I also facilitate workshops for stress management and healthy communication, whilst emotional intelligence and further workshops are "coming soon!"
