Utilising my experience of end to end claims process at all levels to build interdepartmental collaboration and facilitate sharing of process knowledge to create a more streamline claims process for our people and customers. Facilitated department wide showcase events for approximately 120 staff. Provided strategic direction and guidance as a Subject Matter Expert for a number of group wide process changes. My time at University of Southern QLD studying Bachelor of Secondary Education has provided a unique perspective in leading, coaching and managing people. Completed industry leading four month Business Process Management course through UNSW sponsored by Suncorp. Strategically reinventing the way we lodge and process claims. Currently undertaking Bachelor of Business in finance and management.
