During a 25 year career in the restaurant business (as a professionally trained chef since 1983), I studied architecture and planning with an emphasis on historic properties and adaptive re-use (1993- 1996). Graduate School (accepted into Harvard School of Architecture and Design) was delayed/impossible due to family constraints in San Diego. Resumed chef career until 2003 after successfully remodelling two historic homes for resale. Entered residential real estate field with a strong service background, graduate course work in Real Estate Law, Financing and Investment at UCSD. Within 4 years (2007) was a finalist for Realtor of the Year from the San Diego Board of Realtors (one of five total in an association of over members). Finalist Realtor of the Year 2013. Satisfied clients range from first time buyers, to multi-unit residential income properties.
