About Celeste Flenory

I feel my strength is in compassion. Having experience with working with the public in a face-to-face, office settings, as well as call center level, I feel that my strengths in service-level positions lie in understanding the consumer. By putting myself in their shoes I am able to be effective and efficent by listening through what they are saying to determine what they need, and then acting on that information. I am detail-oriented and tend to ask a lot of questions to be sure that there are as few miscommunications as possible. In many of my office positions, I had to be able to multi-task, be organized, and meet deadlines. I really enjoy the challenge of balancing all of those tasks. I've recently undergone a career change, as The 2020 Pandemic shut down our department, and I found myself unemployed. Using this as an opportunity to pick up new skills I acquired my Class A CDL license and are currently running OTR (Over The Road) for Werner Enterprises. I find that my interpersonal skills, time management skills, multi-tasking skills, as well as my organizational skills from my office positions put me at an advantage in this position. I look forward to the different opportunities that Werner has to offer.
