Global programs and operations leader with experience directing multimillion-dollar social impact initiatives across 20+ countries, building strategic partnerships, and leading teams of 125+ staff in complex and rapidly changing environments.Throughout my career, I have led programs that:• Address food insecurity by providing agricultural inputs and training to farmers• Improve access to water, sanitation, and shelter for internally displaced populations• Expand educational opportunities through school construction, teacher training, and community libraries• Strengthen social cohesion and advance peacebuilding in fragile, post-conflict environments• Lead humanitarian responses during crises and natural disasters• Design and deliver leadership development initiativesMy interest in global issues began in a 7th grade geography class, where I traced every country on a map and memorized their capitals and some basic facts. Eleven-year-old me would never have imagined how the curiosity sparked in that classroom and what I was hearing in the news would lead me to live and work in 21 countries and travel to many more. Learning about global disparities and then witnessing them firsthand strengthened my commitment to programs that support individuals and families and strengthen communities.As a leader, I prioritize listening, collaboration, accountability, and adaptability.
