As the Managing Director of the Financial Professionals Group (FPG) at Osaic FA (formerly Lincoln Financial Advisors) for over 30 years, Celeste led a group of approximately 200 financials professionals (FP) and their teams where she was responsible for FP growth and development, coaching, recruiting, employer client development and relations, company strategy, fiscal and budgetary issues, compliance, revenue growth and overall operational issues.
