1) Gray Sourcing is a woman owned minority business based out of San Diego, California. I have been fortunate enough to be able to work remotely from my home office. We source locally and globally for government contracted IT positions. Working with Information Technology giants such as Qualcomm, Northrup G, AT & T, Defcomm, Seimens, and Port of San Diego has allowed me to expand my talents in my 6+ years on the job. As a recruiting Director and talent match coordinator, I have worked with outside recruiters as a team to bring the best talents to our open positions. 2) As a consulting business professional I am able to enter the business, access the necessary angles of fault and coordinate a master plan of production. Without stepping on toes I can pinpoint the loopholes keeping your business from thriving the way it should. Weather making a simple solution for customer convenience, or designing a master business plan.I can help. 3) My 25 years as a Massage Therapist, and full Cosmetologist has given me both practical, clinical and life experience in the holistic field of health and wellness. I have owned a successful salon in Portland and a Wellness center in downtown Vancouver. I grow and blend my own herbal teas and bring them and other naturally made items to the Farmer's Market every week. We have farmed for a short period and hosted a community garden in our own yard as well as an active CSA (community supported agriculture) and co-op buying club. We also raised chickens for eggs. It was a beautiful venture that taught me so much more about gardening! Through out my lifetime I have tried to live as clean and holistically as possible. I have had much training and experiences in may fields and through my own ventures as a business owner and a student of the world. I am appreciative of all the opportunities I have been given and the people I have met along the way and will continue to strive to bring my best to the table each and every day!
