I am an experienced administrative professional. I am energetic, motivated and focused on providing outstanding customer service. During my employment at Alcoa, I provided administrative support to several high level executives including the Director of Corporate Development and the Assistant General Counsel. In these positions I was responsible for making complicated domestic and international travel arrangements, scheduling and coordinating meetings, client interaction, preparing correspondence and other office duties. Most recently I provided administrative support to the Construction Services team at Astorino-CannonDesign (formerly Astorino Development Company). This position required me to wear many hats in supporting all functions of the department from bid negotiation to closeout documentation. I provided direct support to the Chief Operating Officer and the Director of Preconstruction Services.
