I am an experienced researcher with a Master of Arts in Sociology degree from the University of Victoria, where my thesis project involved a qualitative policy analysis of houselessness and poverty reduction frameworks in British Columbia. This research was funded through a scholarship award from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. I strongly enjoy work where I am actively involved in initiatives that aim to improve the design and delivery of social programs, especially for those that are intended to address social inequities.
