About Celeste Rhoads

My primary modalities used to help my clients achieve their athletic and therapeutic goals are Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage. Throughout my life I’ve participated in a wide range of athletics endeavors including: kiteboarding, mountain biking, road cycling, running, skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, weight lifting, slack-lining, dance, soccer, softball, basketball, tennis, yoga, and Pilates. I believe that my life-long investment in athletics has given me first-hand knowledge of common symptoms resulting from repetitive movement, and structural and alignment adaptations. My bachelors’ degree in design, as well as 10 years as a designer at Nike, have helped me understand the importance of thoughtful aesthetic and experiential design choices in a care setting. I believe that the environment plays an important role in aiding rest and recovery, and should be curated to engage the parasympathetic nervous system. Through my multi-faceted background, I strive to offer a truly holistic wellness practice, that provides personalized, effective treatment to highly-engaged clients.
