As a Project Manager Coordinator at BioHeuris, I lead a team of PhD researchers and project leaders, creating a workspace that encourages creativity and innovation. I have over five years of experience in managing interdisciplinary projects in academic and biotech companies, with a PhD in Biology and a Licentiate degree in Microbiology. My core competencies include people management, organizacional and communication skills, problem solving and critical thinking, following rigorous debugging processes. I am passionate about advancing biotechnological research and translating it into practical applications that benefit the society and the environment. I have contributed to the development of more than 15 standardized laboratory protocols, the writing and management of intellectual property and regulatory affairs documents, and the development and improvements of projects management system applied to research, development and innovation.
