I have extensive experience in all facets of Human Resources Management including recruitment, on-boarding, organizational change, training and development, compensation and benefits and employee relations. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo (with distinction), Strategic Human Resources Management (SHRM) designation from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management, and post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. I am also a Certified Coach Practitioner, Certified Weight Loss Practitioner, Nutrition & Wellness Specialist, Certified Fitness Instructor and Founder of Yes to Health Co, a thriving coaching practice aimed at helping busy professionals balance career and work with health and well-being.
