Experience in Oracle Retail, retail business processes and project management with a goal to develop my retail and e-commerce knowledge and skills. I have 11 years of experience working on international projects both with on-shore and off-shore teams as well as with international clients and 3rd party companies. I've been successfully coordinating and planning work of multiple off-shore teams working in different time zones during design, build and tests. I'm experienced working both on a supplier as well as on the client side. I'm also great team player being able to manage different kinds of people and work styles.
