About Celia Blauel

Former Deputy Mayor of Paris, Project Director or President of the largest public water company in France, I have devoted the past ten years to the design and implementation of ecological transition policies and programs. Prospects: Building the territories of tomorrow that face the major challenges of the 21st century - the climate emergency, the need for solidarity, the citizen revolution - this is the common thread of my work. My reflections were nourished by active participation in European and international expert networks, in the fields of water, energy, climate, resilience. Project management: At the head of the Parisian teams, I designed and managed innovative projects to accelerate the ecological transition of the capital and its metropolis in connection with local, national and European institutions, but also with large companies in particular of the energy sector. Lobbying / Public Relations: My functions have regularly led me to speak on the front line - on the media scene but also in terms of spokesperson and negotiation with institutions (ministries, European Commission, UN.) Management crisis: Attacks of 11/13/15, floods of the Seine, gas explosion in the urban setting, trade union movements,… my career has led me to chair various crisis units and to pilot crisis management strategies. Graduated of the Institut d´Etudes Politiques de Strasbourg and the Sorbonne of Paris, I am specialized in communication, public policy management and negotiation.
