Experienced Nurse with 18 year history in acute care, community and outpatient care. Known for being the go to person for career advice, counseling, decision making, finding community resources, and personal development. Values safety, diligence, honesty, respect, integrity, commitment, professionalism, and community service. Currently working in a nursing Professional Development/leadership role, focusing on increasing employee engagement, professional development, improving patient experience, and improving patient satisfaction scores. Accomplishments include, multiple nursing scholarships and nursing award for CLASBI reduction on a unit based initiative and a current unit representative for cultivating a respectful work environment. I am a member of my community’s substance abuse prevention coalition for the Town of Randolph, have supported town nurse with designing programs, vendor selection for creating display materials, and speaker selection. I proudly hold an Advanced Diploma in Ministerial Studies for spiritual enrichment and leadership development. Skills include public speaking, recruitment, writing, ACLS Certification, IV insertion skills, PowerPoint, Excel, and EPIC.
