Celia currently works as a Clinic Coordinator at Boulder Neurosurgical & Spine Associates (BNA). She interacted with patients and facilitated a smooth running clinic. She was instrumental in patient satisfaction and ensuring the needs of others were met. She directly supported a team of one Neurosurgeon and two Physician Assistants. She began working on physician referrals to analyze the origins of new patient referrals. She also visited physician offices to market the the practice. Previously, Celia worked at Boulder Dermatology and Provide various administrative duties. Assists with setting up appointments and special procedures. Create and maintain cost analysis reports and spreadsheets as needed. Determines issues that need the attention of managers and team members. Direct support to clients for any insurance or payment questions. Maintain tracking log for patient inquiries. Contact specialists with information on patients as needed. Celia has worked in other industries giving Celia a well-rounded knowledge of customer service and an understanding of workflows. Celia obtained her Associates Degree in and began working soon after. She worked full-time on a online web site company as an Internship for graphic design for a year. She was also hired on for a one year contract. Celia other interests is she plays on a Co-Ed softball team, she works out every day doing kick boxing and 5k run with her kids.
