Background

About Celia Ownbey

My 10+ years of expertise in Program Management developed from the Customer Experience and Strategy and Execution space, where I was able to bring projects to life. Plus, my MBA in Business Analytics and, first-hand experience using Looker, Tableau, and SQL inspire me to use insights to tell the best story. The diversity of my background stems from building teams from the ground up, ensuring scalability and documentation through each step of the process. I've also led groups of stakeholders, clients, and BPOs, internally and externally through training, career growth, roadmaps, and problem-solving. Two key factors for success in the workplace that I bring forth are efficiency and building productive relationships in the workplace. I believe we can all work towards a common goal or multiple competing goals with respect, transparency, and flexibility. Working cross-collaboratively brings forth the strength of many minds, and the opportunity to continue to learn and grow through welcomed constructive feedback. I am dedicated to making things work "better" and love to see projects come to life.
