I have over 20 years’ experience as a senior administrator in the private/public sector. I am an innovative problem solver with the ability to create results with positive outcomes, no matter what challenges arise. I am a triple threat in the workforce and here is why: Business Acumen I have effective project management skills- I implemented a new efficient bursary program by streamlining a complicated system, simultaneously ensuring service delivery to students. This led to the discovery of thousands of unused funds for student bursaries. I have demonstrated a high level of integrity and values- I spearheaded an institutional-wide privacy audit prior to new legislation. I have established operational and governance policies, and developed strategic plans. Leadership and Relationships I have exemplary leadership skills and the ability to foster enthusiasm and a desire from staff to go beyond the call of duty. I can recruit and keep excellent employees and my staff openly expressed that they really enjoy working for me and with me. One of my best skills is relationship building. I easily develop rapport with people and I have a sincerity that creates trust with the people I work with.
