About Celina Philpot

As CEO of Conexus Credit Union, I’m proud to lead a purpose-driven organization serving over members across Saskatchewan. With nearly three decades of experience in the credit union system, I’ve held senior leadership roles in two of Manitoba’s largest credit unions before joining Conexus. Throughout my career, I’ve remained committed to delivering meaningful results and creating opportunities that fuel financial well-being and business growth in Saskatchewan. Lifelong learning has been a cornerstone of my journey. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba, a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from the University of Winnipeg, an MBA from Royal Roads University, and I’m a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through PMI International. Beyond the boardroom, I’m dedicated to strengthening the communities I call home. I currently serve as a Director on the Board of Economic Development Regina and as Vice Chair and Trustee for the Regina Police Pension Board. As a first-generation Canadian and multilingual professional, I’m passionate about empowering people and businesses who are equally invested in building strong, vibrant communities.
