With sound experience in data services and integration, I am a seasoned product manager and information architect who has enabled the digital and data transformation across financial services and health care sectors. My mission is to leverage data as a strategic asset and enable data informed decisions that create impactful user experiences.I have a strong background in data governance, architecture, visualization, MDM, data privacy AI/ML, and advanced analytics. At Citi, I oversee execution of C-Suite product vision, influence product and data strategy, define roadmaps and manage execution for the global data platform and a suite of products, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver value and innovation. I enjoy solving complex data challenges and creating impactful data insights for our customers and business. I have successfully managed digital and data products from inception to launch. Subsequently grown products with feature enhancements to adapt to changing market, clients’ growth aspirations as well as BigData volumes. I have implemented process improvements, cost reduction measures, working across global teams - Engineering, UX/UI, Content, Sales, Account Mgmt, Legal, Risk, Finance and external regulators. I am an expert at risk and compliance centered around information assets. I specialize at digital transformation to democratize data enabling greater transparency and better customer experiences. Adept at use of new technologies to open up legacy platforms to emerging startups and third parties, in some cases, putting data directly in the hands of consumers.
