My skills include- Basic knowledge of Python: I studied this programming language over my 3-year course at Oaklands College- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: I use the majority of the Microsoft Office suite on a daily basis- Designing websites (visual design): I designed my own website for a family member's business- Key holder: I have been trusted in my previous employments to manage the main building keys and security systems- Cash & Team Management: I was trained to manage a cash office on my own- Organisation: I possess key organisation skills; I like to stay on task and keep everything organised- Customer Service: I am able to talk to anyone and understand how they feel. I tend to sympathise with customers when they are stressed or overwhelmed- Openings & Closings: I am able to open and close on my own confidently- Team Player: I work very well in a team, as I can collect ideas from each individual and use them to the advantage of the team project- Mentoring and Training: I have proven mentoring and training skills. I like to be available for any questions new starters may have and enjoy teaching them "tips and tricks" for working around systems to make their day-to-day easier.
