Designer of engaging and rigorous learning experiences to support a variety of students, teachers, and parents. Leader of cross-curricular instructional learning communities focused on increasing achievement by closing instructional gaps for students and campuses at risk of failure. My career in Education has been infused with passion, creativity, leadership skills, teaching, and curriculum writing that enhance the learning experience of students, teachers, and aspiring educators and school leaders. My broad career in Education in English and Spanish speaking countries, has afforded me the opportunity to design and deliver instruction across various subjects at the K-12 level. I have also served as a clinical supervisor/professor for aspiring teachers at the post-secondary level. Whether it is required training for faculty and staff, engagement is predicated on the promise of achieving goals. Clarity of instruction and specificity of purpose should be answered by the trainer during the initial stages of instruction so that learners grasp both the importance of the content and the results of implementing said learning in their professions. I employ a variety of learning strategies to promote engagement, deep reflection on current practices, and ensure transparency related to the academic goals of the learners. My aim is that my professional development expertise will accelerate your organization's learning and development goals.
