With over a decade of work experience in the logistics industry, I am a competent and reliable operations supervisor who strives to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of various growth-oriented programs at FedEx. I am passionate about providing excellent service to our customers, enhancing the skills and performance of our employees, and supporting the mission and vision of our organization. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different roles and departments within FedEx, from airport operations to management specialist team leader than to operations supervisor.As an operations supervisor, I oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring that the supply department meets the internal and external needs of the organization. I also provide training, coaching, and feedback to the workers, helping them to upgrade their technical skills and resolve any performance issues. Additionally, I prepare and maintain employee attendance records, develop plans for departmental meetings, and participate in various campaigns to promote the growth and reputation of FedEx. Some of the skills that I use and demonstrate in my role are active listening, sales negotiation, building trust, communicating with confidence, and learning Excel.
