Big Data Engineer | Data Professional I am a data professional with interdisciplinary experience in data engineering, big data platforms, and machine learning engineering. I have taken part in projects across various industries, including insurance, FMCG, automotive, public sector, and manufacturing. My responsibilities have included data preparation, transformation, flow management, and analytical system integration. I have contributed to the development of both batch and streaming data solutions using modern big data tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Hadoop, MinIO, and dbt. I have hands-on experience in deploying and managing workloads on Spark with both YARN and Kubernetes. I have also worked on infrastructure-level tasks such as setting up Docker-based data platforms, preparing Proof of Concept (PoC) environments, and conducting component compatibility tests. On the machine learning side, I have used tools like Azure ML Studio, MLflow, and FastAPI to enable model versioning, deployment, and monitoring of end-to-end ML workflows. I have developed Streamlit dashboards, dbt models, and scheduled Airflow jobs to present and share analytical outputs with business teams. Additionally, I contributed to internal knowledge sharing by creating reusable ETL templates, helping to establish coding standards within the team.
