About Cemil Ceylan
I am a student in Business Informatics (B.Sc.) at the University of Applied Sciences Zittau/Görlitz. My grade point average is currently 1,4. In September 2024, I was awarded the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship by my university. Since May 2024, I have been working as a student trainee in software development at ELSoftworks, a start-up from Fulda, alongside my studies. Here I am mainly responsible for developing a desktop application and implementing a backend solution for the application. Before my studies, I worked for three years as a self-employed insurance broker in sales (field service). With the help of needs-based advice to my customers, I have managed to steadily expand my existing customer base. I am currently working privately on learning C++ in order to expand my programming skills even further.
