Passionate Early Childhood Educator With a deep-rooted belief in meeting children where they are, I specialize in fostering a loving, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where young learners feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow. My experience primarily centers on preschool-aged children, particularly those aged 2-3, with additional work in classrooms for 4- and 5-year-olds. I am also open to expanding my experience working with infants and toddlers, bringing my knowledge of early childhood development to broader age groups.I value social-emotional development and regulation, using play-based learning, differentiation, and thoughtful behavior guidance strategies to ensure each child receives the care and learning opportunities they need. Additionally, I bring leadership experience in customer service and early education, supporting teams through problem-solving, mentorship, and collaboration while maintaining strong relationships with families and the wider community.My expertise also extends to Early Childhood Special Education, where I work to adapt lessons, integrate regulatory strategies, and utilize specialized tools to track and support children in inclusive settings. I’m committed to making education accessible and meaningful for diverse learning needs. Currently holding a broad ZS endorsement, I have plans to achieve a more specialized ZN endorsement certificate by the fall of 2025. Looking ahead, I envision myself transitioning into an Associate Director role or a related field that allows me to shape early childhood education beyond direct classroom instruction. Whether in administration, policy, or program development, I strive to cultivate environments where educators and children alike can thrive.I’m always eager to connect with fellow educators, leaders, and advocates for early learning—let’s build something great together!
