Time out to relax, and unwind with Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology to support and improve physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing- Relieving tension, discomfort or pain - Regaining looseness and freedom of movement - Reducing stress, anxiety, and depression - improving mood - Supporting your immune system and general health - Restoring balance, ease, and a sense of relaxation and wellbeing Holistyx is located in a relaxed and comfortable environment at White Cross Business Park, close to Lancaster town centre, with free parking, and a high standard of infection control including ventilation, air filtration, screening, and masking policy. Options include Swedish / Holistic massage, Hot (and/or Cold) Stone massage, Aromatherapy massage, Indian head Massage and Reflexology. I am trained to safely offer a full range of Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology treatments throughout Pregnancy and Post-Natally. I love it when someone who walked in stressed and tense, or tired and depressed (or all of these!) walks out with a smile on their face and feeling so much more balanced and at ease in mind and body.
