With over seven years of work experience in the security and technology sector, I am a passionate and skilled Technical Specialist with Securitas Technology US. I have a diploma in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design, and multiple certifications in User Experience, Access Control, and Technical Support Fundamentals. My mission is to provide high-quality and reliable solutions for security and fire systems, and to empower customers and technicians with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. I value collaboration, innovation, and diversity, and I bring a unique perspective and experience to the team. In my current role, I troubleshoot and program various security and fire systems, primarily supporting Alarmnet, Honeywell, Bosch and DMP Systems. I also set up service according to SLA standards set by individual companies, and facilitate training for new TAC employees on TAC SOP and service standards. I use my skills in troubleshooting, technical support, and Windows to deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction, and to ensure compliance and quality. I also leverage my web design and user experience skills to create and improve web pages and multimedia resources for the company and the clients.
