Hi, my name is César Caballero (This is the short version) César Gerardo Caballero Lankenau is the whole name. I know, now you understand why I only write César Caballero in the title. I am an MBA with more than a decade work-experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Project Management and Marketing Research within FMCGs companies. I enjoy high-level assignments and use his communication skills, leadership, analysis, and decision making to drive my team and organisation forward. My career has allowed me to broaden my professional and personal experience. I have lived in three different continents. I started this journey in Mexico, my home country, where I graduated as Industrial and Systems Engineer and started my professional career in Marketing. Then I moved to China, where I made a switch from the Marketing to the Strategic Planning and Business Development world, working in a company that was developing and expanding its brand in Asia. Finally, I moved to Italy, where I made my MBA with a Finance concentration. I currently work in the Supply Chain Office. You might ask: Why so many changes? It’s simple, I am a really curious person, driven to learn and eager to apply my knowledge in order to achieve a visionary, efficient and well-balanced workplace. The experience that I carry helps me create a multifunctional analysis, allowing me to untangle complex situations at any level of the organisation with the coordination of the different department’s insights. During my professional career in Mexico, China and Italy, I had the chance to know different cultures and languages, develop my communication skills and strengthen my ability to adapt to different situations out of my comfort zone, which developed my Emotional Intelligence, a crucial element that wraps my knowledge and persona and allows me to find different angles for each situation I come across. I believe my analytical abilities and my passion for working in a competitive, international environment would be a great match for any company that has the desire to thrive.
